A limited number of single occupancy rooms will be available on a first-come,
first-serve basis. For single occupancy, add a $150 single room fee
to the deposit. The fee will be applied to the total cost if a single
room should not be available.

A minimum deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your space. Payment is due
in full by May 25, 2010. Deposits are non-refundable. However,
deposits are transferrable to a person who has not yet registered
for the retreat.
If you transfer a deposit to another person's name, the total retreat
fee for that person will be based on the date of the transfer—not
the date of your registration, unless the retreat is paid in full
at time of registration, in which case no additional fee will be
charged. If you pay the entire retreat fee at the time of registration,only
$200.00 of that will be non-refundable. No refunds or cancellations
after June 12, 2009.
